Jerry Chiappetta, Jr. Beautiful Day Letras:The clouds float by like the waves in the sea,
the stars shine brighter for those who can't see, the turning.
The people don't talk they sense what you're feeling,
everyone cares they know we're all dealing, we're learning.
If we never had seen a rainy night,
if we never had a cop, read our rights,
then I wouldn't be able to say today hey hey,
isn't it a Beautiful Day, today?
Misty clouds form a ring that goes round as they sing,
they do what they feel, 'cause it's no big deal, we're dreaming.
Everyone shines, yes every one's glistening, no body hears,
they know we're all listening, we're screaming.
If we never had seen an ugly sight,
if we never had a hungry appetite,
then I wouldn't be able to say today hey hey,
isn't it a Beautiful Day, today?
People don't dream, they already are.
People don't go, they're already far, we're giving.
No one is saying, all has been said.
No one is dying and no one is dead, we're living, we're living.

ABOUT THIS SONG / A Note From The Artist: The motivation on this song is pretty intense.
Back in 1981 I was laying on the couch and found myself astral-projecting around my apartment,
above the building structure and then out into space. I was surrounded by a feeling of the presence of souls
and that I was visiting a place that I should not be at, but was. I also saw the planet Saturn and
realized that this is the place where dreams are made of. I wrote this song within one hour after
coming out of my trance, got with my then drummer, ran to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and spent my
college money I had saved so I could produce about 10,000 45 RPM Records. This song was aired in
South Florida and in Northern Michigan and sold at my gigs and released on BRT Records. I wrote
"A Peel Through Your Window" the same month and that ended up on the flip side of the 45 record.
If I had to pick one song that I wrote that means the most to me, BEAUTIFUL DAY would be it. I
don't fear death, I welcome the adventure, but not too soon. I want to sell a million or so of
these CD's first and perform my original music in all parts of the world! This song is forever
dedicated to my wonderful Mother Patricia who will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
Check out the story on the net titled "Last Dance with Mom" to see how my Mom, even on her last
day here, turned a sad day on October 21st 2007 in to a Beautiful Day that I will always remember.]Letras: Beautiful Day Jerry Chiappetta, Jr. [final]
